How To Play

The game ranges from 7 to 15 players. These players are randomly divided into alignments - Town, Mafia, Serial Killers, Arsonists and Neutrals. If you are a Town member (the good guys) you must track down the Mafia and other villains before they kill you. The catch? You don't know who is a Town member and who is a villain.

If you are an evil role, such as a Serial Killer, you secretly murder town members in the veil of night and try to avoid getting caught.

Roles

Town of Salem has 33 unique roles ensuring a different experience each time you play.

Before a game starts, players are put into a lobby where the host can select what roles will be in the game. Players are then assigned roles at random from the list of chosen roles. Game Phases

Night

The night phase is when most roles use their abilities. For example, Serial Killers stealthily murder people, Doctors heal people who are attacked, and Sheriffs interrogate people for suspicious activity.

Day

The day phase allows the Town members to discuss who they suspect of being an evil role. Once the voting phase starts a majority vote from the town will put someone on trial.

Defense

The defense phase is when you plead your innocence to the town. Have a convincing story or find yourself facing the gallows!

Judgement

During this phase the town will vote on the fate of the defendant. Players can vote guilty, innocent or abstain. If there are more guilty votes than innocent votes the defendant is sentenced to death by hanging!

Customization

Players are able to choose their own map (town setting), character, pet, lobby icon, death animation, house and a custom name. The other players in the game will see your selections.

Achievements

There are currently over 200 unique achievements in the game. Earning achievements will grant various in-game items.

Come giocare

Il gioco varia da 7 a 15 giocatori. Questi giocatori sono divisi casualmente in allineamenti: Town, Mafia, Serial Killers, Arsonists e Neutrals. Se sei un membro della città (i bravi ragazzi) devi rintracciare la mafia e altri criminali prima che ti uccidano. La presa? Non sai chi è un membro della città e chi è un cattivo.

Se sei un ruolo malvagio, come un serial killer, uccidi segretamente i membri della città nel velo della notte e cerca di evitare di essere scoperto.

La città di Salem ha 33 ruoli unici che assicurano un'esperienza diversa ogni volta che giochi.

Prima che inizi una partita, i giocatori vengono messi in una lobby dove l'ospite può selezionare quali ruoli saranno presenti nel gioco. Ai giocatori vengono quindi assegnati dei ruoli a caso dalla lista dei ruoli scelti. I giocatori hanno una carta ruolo in-game che spiega le abilità e gli allineamenti del loro ruolo. Fasi del gioco

Notte

La fase notturna è quando la maggior parte dei ruoli usa le proprie abilità. Ad esempio, i serial killers uccidono furtivamente le persone, i medici guariscono le persone che vengono attaccate e gli sceriffi interrogano le persone per attività sospette.

Giorno

La fase del giorno consente ai membri della città di discutere su chi sospettano di essere un ruolo malvagio. Una volta iniziata la fase di votazione, il voto di maggioranza dalla città metterà sotto processo qualcuno.

Difesa

La fase di difesa è quando invochi la tua innocenza in città. Avere una storia convincente o trovarsi di fronte alla forca!

Giudizio

Durante questa fase la città voterà sul destino del convenuto. I giocatori possono votare colpevoli, innocenti o astenersi. Se ci sono più voti colpevoli di voti innocenti, l'imputato viene condannato a morte per impiccagione!

Personalizzazione

I giocatori possono scegliere la propria mappa (impostazione della città), carattere, animale domestico, icona della lobby, animazione della morte, casa e un nome personalizzato. Gli altri giocatori nel gioco vedranno le tue selezioni.
